Cookie Policy

This page lists the cookies and similar browser-storage technologies Ink Humanizer uses, grouped by purpose. Short version: we use only what is needed to run the service. We do not use marketing or advertising cookies.

Essential cookies and storage

• Theme preference (ihz-theme, localStorage): remembers whether you chose light or dark mode. Stays in your browser; never sent to us.
• Local drafts and preferences (localStorage): your saved recent outputs and onboarding state live only in your browser.

Authentication cookies

When you log in, Supabase sets session cookies (names beginning with sb-) so you stay signed in between pages. These are strictly necessary for accounts to work and expire when your session ends.

Payment cookies (Stripe)

When you open checkout or the billing portal, Stripe sets its own cookies for payment processing and fraud prevention. These are set on Stripe's pages under Stripe's privacy policy.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is designed to work without cookies and without tracking you across sites. It records anonymized page-view data so we can see which pages are used.

Marketing cookies

We do not use marketing, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies. Because we use no non-essential cookies, we do not show a cookie consent banner; if that ever changes, we will add a consent choice with an equal option to decline.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking the essential authentication cookies will prevent you from staying logged in.
