Who operates this service

Ink Humanizer (inkhumanizer.com) is operated by Mehmet Fatih Yılmaz, an individual based in Poland, acting as the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. It is not run by a registered company at this time. For any privacy question or request, contact support@inkhumanizer.com — this is the fastest and primary contact channel. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

Information we collect

• Account data: your email address and authentication details when you sign up (including via Google sign-in, which shares your email and basic profile with us).
• Usage data: the number of tool runs you make, word counts processed, and your subscription plan — used to enforce limits and bill correctly.
• Content you submit: the text you paste into the tools, processed to generate your result (see "Your content" below).
• Payment status: your plan, billing period, and whether payment succeeded. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information appear in our hosting provider's (Vercel) request logs for security and abuse prevention. Our analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) is cookieless and anonymized.

Your content

Text you paste into a tool is sent to our AI providers (Anthropic and Google) solely to generate your result, then returned to you. We do not store your submitted text in our database. The "recent outputs" feature saves short previews in your own browser (localStorage), not on our servers.

Model training

We do not use your submitted text to train models. Our AI providers process API data under their API terms, which state that API inputs are not used to train their models by default. We do not opt in to any training program.

How we use your information

We use your data to provide the service, process your text through AI models, enforce usage limits, prevent abuse, and handle billing. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Third-party processors

• Supabase — authentication and database (account and usage data).
• Stripe — payments and billing portal (payment data).
• Vercel — hosting, request logs, and cookieless analytics.
• Anthropic / Google — AI processing of the text you submit.

How long we keep data

• Account and usage data: kept while your account exists; deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
• Submitted text: not stored in our database; AI providers may retain API logs briefly (typically up to 30 days) for abuse monitoring under their own policies.
• Security and request logs: retained by our hosting provider for roughly 30 days.
• Support emails: kept up to 24 months so we can follow up on past issues.
• Billing records: kept by Stripe and by us as long as tax and accounting law requires (typically 7–10 years, depending on jurisdiction).

Children

The service is not directed at children. You must be at least 16 years old to use Ink Humanizer. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your personal data. Use the "Request account deletion" option on your dashboard, or email support@inkhumanizer.com. We respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/EEA under GDPR), you may also have rights to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
