This page explains how cancellations, refunds, and billing problems are handled for Ink Humanizer subscriptions. All payments are processed by Stripe.
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard via Manage billing, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancelling.
Email support@inkhumanizer.com with the email address on your account and the approximate date of the charge. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Annual plans are billed as one upfront payment. Cancelling an annual plan stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid year. The technical-failure and billing-error rules above apply to annual plans too.
