Ink Humanizer (inkhumanizer.com) is operated by Mehmet Fatih Yılmaz, an individual based in Poland ("we", "us"). Contact for all matters, including legal notices: support@inkhumanizer.com.
Ink Humanizer provides AI-assisted writing tools intended to help you improve your own work. The tools are aids, not replacements for your own thinking, research, and judgment.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use the service. By signing up you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly provide the service to anyone under 16; if we learn that an account belongs to someone under 16, we will close it.
You retain full ownership of the text you submit and of the results generated from it. You grant us only the limited technical licence needed to process your text and return the result. The service itself — including its software, design, name, and content we authored — belongs to us and may not be copied or reused without permission. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the service without obligation to you.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of your billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as described in our Refund Policy. Payments are securely processed by Stripe; Ink Humanizer does not store your full card details.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By starting to use a paid plan immediately after purchase, you request immediate performance and acknowledge that once the service has been fully used within those 14 days the withdrawal right may be lost; where you have only partly used it, you may withdraw and receive a proportionate refund. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
Each plan includes monthly word and tool-run limits that reset each billing month; unused allowance does not roll over. Plans described as "unlimited" are subject to a fair-use policy and rate limits. We may apply rate limiting and other safeguards to prevent abuse and protect the service.
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control (for example, outages at our hosting, AI, or payment providers). We may modify or discontinue features; if we discontinue the paid service entirely, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.
You may request deletion of your account at any time from your dashboard or by email. Deletion is permanent: your profile and usage data are removed as described in the Privacy Policy, any active subscription is cancelled at the end of its current billing period, and locally saved outputs in your browser remain until you clear them. Deleting your account does not by itself create a refund right beyond the Refund Policy.
The service is provided "as is". AI output may contain errors and should always be reviewed by you. Detector results are estimates, not proof of authorship. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for academic, professional, or other consequences arising from your use of the tools; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to respond.
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts. Before any formal step, please contact us at support@inkhumanizer.com — most issues are resolved informally within a few days. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these terms. For material changes we will give notice on the site or by email before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
