By using Ink Humanizer, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

Ink Humanizer provides AI-assisted writing tools intended to help you improve your own work. The tools are aids, not replacements for your own thinking, research, and judgment.

2. Acceptable use

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).
• You may not use the service to violate your institution's academic integrity rules.
• You may not abuse, automate, scrape, or attempt to circumvent usage limits.
• You retain ownership of the text you submit and the results you generate.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Usage limits

Each plan includes monthly word and request limits. We may apply rate limiting and other safeguards to prevent abuse and protect the service.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". AI output may contain errors and should always be reviewed by you. We are not liable for academic, professional, or other consequences arising from your use of the tools.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
